Try Hard reset Your Device.

step 1= turn off your device
step 2= keep the home buttion volume + buttion & Power buttion at same time

your device shows the factory mood

step 3= slect wipe data & factory reset
step 4= delete all user data & wait until wipe done

then reboot your device
